If there is ever an occasion in which our work is not satisfactory please let me know immediately (Call or text 913-226-2050). We will return to your property within 24 hours (usually the same day) to resolve the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
How do I pay for services?
We operate with a super convenient credit/debit card autopay system. Upon signing up for services you will receive a link to your secure client portal. Once you’re logged in to the portal you can manage all aspects of your account including payment. We do require a card be put on file before services start. Cash, payment apps, and checks are not accepted.
How does snow effect the schedule?
There are a few occasions every winter when we get too much snow for the dog waste to be visible. If we aren’t able to scoop the yard on your regular service day due to accumulated snow we will attempt to scoop it the following day. If on the following day there is still too much snow to see the waste we will have to suspend services until the following week. Unfortunately with the short winter days there aren’t enough hours of daylight in the week for us to wait more than 1 day for the snow to melt.
a.) If the snow still hasn’t melted by the following weeks regularly scheduled day we will go ahead and walk the yard in the snow. We will be scooping the accumulated waste from on top of the snow, any bare areas in the yard, under trees, on decks, on patios, etc. We will do the absolute best we can to get all visible waste. Any waste hidden under the snow will be scooped the following week on the regularly scheduled day in your area.
b.) We do credit accounts if someone at the house scoops the waste once the snow melts. However 99% of the time the waste is simply allowed to build up until the following cleaning. In that scenario we do not offer a credit because we still end up scooping all of the waste. We just scoop double waste once the snow melts…which takes twice as much time and work. Also please keep in mind we are a flat fee service. We only charge for 48 weeks per year (12 months x 4 weeks)…even though there are actually 52 weeks per year. There are 4 months each year that include a 5th cleaning. We never upcharge for those extra cleanings even though team members are being paid for the cleanings. So it all kind of evens out in the end. Please be understanding as we have absolutely no control over the weather.
Is there a credit for missed service?
While rare, on occasion we do have some weeks of missed service due to things like weather, holidays, sickness, vehicle issues, ect. We always offer credits for missed service as long as someone at the house scoops the yard that week. We definitely don’t expect to be paid for work that we don’t do. However In most instances the waste is simply allowed to accumulate until the following week. Which means the following week we will scoop double waste which takes twice as much time. In that scenario we do not offer a credit for the missed week.
Is there a set schedule?
Yes and no. While we try our best to scoop yards the same day each week we aren’t able to offer guaranteed service days. We target the same day each week however things like holidays, weather, sickness, vehicle issues, etc. can cause our schedule to fluctuate on occasion. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you take any weeks off during the year?
We are actually closed for business 1 week each year…the week between Christmas day and New Years day (December 25th – January 31st). We spend that week visiting family out of town. We always credit accounts for any clients who scoop their own yard that week. Otherwise we do double doodie duty the following week. Thanks for your understanding!!
How do you charge for services?
Our pricing depends on how many dogs you have and how often you would like us to clean your property. Please see our rate chart on the “rate” page or the “home” page for more details. All of our rates are flat monthly fees.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you may start and and stop services anytime. Our belief is that customer loyalty is built on good service, not carefully worded contracts.

We not only remove all the waste from your yard we also remove it from your property entirely.
