When do we pay for services?
3rd - We mail a statement on the 3rd of each month.
20th - We appreciate payments being made by the 20th of each month.
23rd - We send a payment reminder text on the 23rd of each month.
30th - All payments are due by the 30th of each month.
**Unfortunately we will have to suspend services on accounts past due more than 2 months.**
What is the preferred way to pay for services?
For your convenience as well as ours we would love to set you up on credit/debit card autopay. We have a secure credit/debit card processor we can use to bill your card automatically on the first of each month. This saves us time and money which in turn helps keep our rates as low as possible. We do however also accept cash, checks, money orders, Paypal, and bars of gold as payment.
How does snow effect the schedule?
There are a few occasions every winter when we get too much snow for the dog waste to be visible. If we aren’t able to scoop your yard on your regular service day due to accumulated snow we will attempt to scoop it the following day. If on the following day there is still too much snow to see the waste we will have to suspend services in your area until the following week. Unfortunately with the short Winter days there just aren't enough hours of daylight in the week to delay service more that 1 day and still get to everyone by Sunday night.
Is there a credit for missed service?
On occasion we do have some weeks of missed service due to things like weather, holidays, sickness, employee issues, ect. We always offer credits for missed service as long as someone at the house scoops the yard the week that we miss. We definitely don’t expect to be paid for work that we don’t do. However In most instances the waste is simply allowed to accumulate for us until the following week. Which means the following week we scoop double waste which takes twice as much time as usual. In that scenario we do not offer a credit for the missed week.
Is there a set schedule?
Yes and no. While we try our best to scoop yards the same day each week we aren't able to offer guaranteed service days. We target the same day each week however things like holidays, weather, sickness, employee scheduling issues, kiddos, ect cause our schedule to fluctuate sometimes. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you take any weeks off during the year?
We are actually closed for business 2 weeks each year. One of those is the week between Christmas day and New Years day. We spend that week visiting family out of town. The other is usually the week right around July 4th. We take our kids on a family vacation that week. We always credit accounts for any clients who scoop their own yard that week. If not we do double doodie duty the following week. Thanks for your understanding!!
How do you charge for services?
Our pricing depends on how many dogs you have and how often you would like us to clean your property. Please see our rate chart on the "rate" page. All of our rates are flat monthly fees.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you may start and and stop services anytime. Our belief is that customer loyalty is built on good service, not carefully worded contracts.
Did any dogs survive the sinking of the Titanic?
Ok, this isnt a frequently asked question however the answer is yes. Two dogs survived the disaster, a pekingese and a pomeranian.
How do we get started with the Doodie Soldiers?
Our services are only an email, phone call, or text away. And in most cases we can get you started the same week you contact us. Lose the doo-doo today!!
Do you work all year?
Y es. Your pets dont stop their business so neither do we. On occasion heavy rain, lightning, and accumulated snowfall can effect our ability to clean yards. This generally results in a makeup day at a later time if possible. Also we do not clean on the following holiday weekends: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Do you leave the waste behind or take it with you?
We not only remove all the waste from your yard we also remove it from your property entirely.
Do you guarantee your work?
We have worked hard to build a reputation of reliable high quality service. If there is ever an occasion in which our work is not satisfactory please let us know immediatly. We will return to your property within 24 hours to resolve the situation at no additional cost or in some cases we will credit your account.
Can you work with my dog in the yard?
Yes, as long as your dog is ok with us being in the yard.
Is it possible to get a one-time cleaning?
Yes. We offer one time cleanings (starting at $50) for clients who wish to have their yard cleaned for a special occasion or simply caught up from the winter.
